A directory of European stand builders covering modular, custom, hybrid and double-decker work, geo-tagged by city and fair. Builders that pass our editorial checks (identity, portfolio, experience, references) carry a Verified badge with the checks on record; the rest are surfaced as unverified so exhibitors can discover and judge them. Verification is being rolled out profile by profile. No pay-for-rank.
To earn a Verified badge, a builder is reviewed against four criteria: business identity (registration, VAT, workshop address), portfolio (named fairs and exhibitors with photo evidence), experience (years active, stands per year, fair specialisations), and references (direct contact with past exhibitor clients where available). Builders indexed from public sources but not yet reviewed are listed as unverified and clearly marked as such.
Builders are tagged by capability: modular stand systems, fully custom builds, hybrid configurations combining both approaches, double-decker stands, sustainable and rental booths, and turnkey project management. Each profile lists the specialisations the builder has portfolio evidence for.
The verified badge confirms the builder has passed the full four-step Exhibition Stands EU review: identity, portfolio, experience, and references. Each verified profile records the date it was verified. Verified status can be revoked if an exhibitor complaint or due-diligence flag is upheld.
Use the RFQ page to submit a single brief describing your fair, booth size, budget range, and design preferences. The system routes your brief to up to three matched builders that cover the fair, city, and build type, who then respond directly with proposals.
Baseline verified listings are free. Featured placement is an optional paid tier that grants priority in city, fair, and venue pages along with RFQ routing preference. Featured slots are clearly labelled. We never sell ranking position outside of those labelled slots, and verification cannot be bought.
Submit an application via the apply page. Provide your business registration, three to five recent project examples with fair names and exhibitor clients, and any industry credentials (AUMA, FAMAB, UFI, ISO 20121, FSC). Standard review takes 3-5 business days.
