Rotterdam Ahoy is a combined exhibition, convention and arena venue in the port city of Rotterdam. It offers around 32,000 sqm of exhibition space plus the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC, completed 2020) and the 16,500-capacity Ahoy Arena, and hosts fairs including Europort, one of the world's leading maritime and shipbuilding events.
The venue
The complex integrates exhibition halls, the RACC with new conference and break-out rooms and an additional 3,100 sqm hall, and the arena, giving around 54,000 sqm of total indoor space. This combination lets Ahoy run trade fairs, congresses and major entertainment on one connected site, with around 2,000 parking spaces and direct metro access.
Exhibiting and stand-building context
Ahoy's flagship Europort brings technical maritime exhibits and engineering-focused stands with meeting space, so builds here often carry weight and services requirements. The connected halls and arena mean scheduling and load-in run to the venue's managed system, and Ahoy's technical rules govern build-up. Exhibitors confirm hall placement and logistics ahead of the build.
Getting there
Rotterdam Ahoy has direct public-transport access via the Zuidplein metro station, giving quick connections to central Rotterdam, and the city's port location and Rotterdam The Hague Airport support international access. The integrated convention centre and arena make it a flexible venue for events of varied scale.
