About Bella Center Copenhagen

Bella Center Copenhagen is Scandinavia's second-largest exhibition and conference centre, located in the Ørestad district between central Copenhagen and the airport. It offers around 65,000 sqm of event space within a 121,800 sqm indoor complex across five halls, and hosts fairs and congresses along with major events in the adjoining Bella Arena.

The venue

The five halls include the 14,000 sqm Hall C (the largest, for major exhibitions), a 3,500 sqm "black box" Hall A with adjustable ceiling, and the Bella Arena (Hall D), one of northern Europe's largest, divisible into five soundproof halls and seating several thousand. With around 100 meeting rooms, the venue hosts roughly 25-30 large exhibitions and some 1,300 meetings a year, supported by extensive foyers and an on-site hotel.

Exhibiting and stand-building context

Bella Center hosts a broad mix of trade fairs and congresses, so stand briefs vary from exhibition builds to congress and meeting stands. The flexible halls and dividable arena support many configurations, but the venue's technical rules govern rigging, power and build-up. Exhibitors confirm hall placement and logistics ahead of the build.

Getting there

Bella Center is exceptionally well connected: around 5 minutes from Copenhagen Airport and 8 minutes from the city centre, with its own metro station in Ørestad. This proximity to a major international airport and the city makes it one of the most accessible venues in the Nordic region.
