About EXPO Kraków

EXPO Kraków (International Exhibition and Convention Centre) is a modern venue in Kraków, southern Poland, opened in 2014 and operated by Targi w Krakowie. It offers around 14,000 sqm of total space across two column-free halls, along with modular conference rooms, and hosts trade fairs, congresses and events including KRAKDENT and regional industry shows.

The venue

The two halls, around 5,000 and 4,000 sqm, are built on reinforced girders with no internal columns or dividing walls, maximising usable floor area, and can be converted into an auditorium for up to around 5,000 people. Air-conditioned modular conference rooms, a spacious lobby and a restaurant complete the facility, with around 700 parking spaces. As a newer venue, it offers contemporary, flexible infrastructure at a compact scale.

Exhibiting and stand-building context

EXPO Kraków suits small to mid-sized trade fairs and congresses, so stand briefs tend toward focused custom and modular builds rather than very large structures. The column-free halls give layout flexibility, and the venue's technical rules govern build-up, power and rigging. Exhibitors confirm hall placement and logistics ahead of the build.

Getting there

The centre is well connected to Kraków's PKP railway station and to Kraków Balice international airport, giving straightforward access for domestic and international visitors. Its modern facilities and good transport links make it a practical regional venue in southern Poland.
