Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center is Austria's largest exhibition and congress venue, opened in 2004 and located close to central Vienna in the Prater district. Its exhibition centre offers around 55,000 sqm of multifunctional space across four halls (A, B, C and D), and it hosts fairs including the Vienna Autoshow / Vienna Drive, Ferien-Messe and Vienna trade and consumer events.
The venue
The four exhibition halls are complemented by a Congress Center of around 7,000 sqm across 18 flexible units seating between 100 and 3,300 delegates, with variable partitions allowing combined areas up to around 15,800 sqm and events for up to 30,000 people a day. Hall D is a 9,000 sqm multi-purpose hall also equipped for entertainment. The modern, flexible design suits both trade fairs and large congresses.

Getting there
The venue sits between two U2 underground stations (Messe-Prater and Krieau), giving direct access from central Vienna in around 10 minutes, and Vienna International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away. This strong public-transport connectivity supports the high visitor volumes of its consumer fairs.
