About MTP Poznań

MTP Poznań Expo (Poznań International Fair, Grupa MTP) is the largest exhibition venue in Poland, located in the centre of Poznań. It offers around 150,000 sqm of exhibition space, with over 110,000 sqm across 16 air-conditioned halls plus almost 35,000 sqm of open grounds, and hosts fairs including ITM Industry Europe, DREMA and Drema-related woodworking and manufacturing events.

The venue

MTP is by some distance Poland's biggest fair organiser, accounting for more than half of the country's total exhibition area. The complex includes 77 conference rooms, the Poznań Congress Centre with its near-2,000-seat Earth Hall, the World Trade Center Poznań and underground parking. Its central city-centre location, beside the main railway station, is unusual for a venue of its size.

Exhibiting and stand-building context

MTP's flagship industrial fairs (ITM, DREMA) bring working-machinery briefs, with high floor loads, three-phase power, compressed air and dust-extraction requirements, alongside more conventional trade shows. Build-up runs to the venue's managed schedule and technical rules. Given the machinery involved in its key fairs, exhibitors confirm hall placement and services planning well ahead.

Getting there

Its position in central Poznań, next to the main railway station, gives excellent rail and public-transport access from the city and beyond, with Poznań Airport nearby. This central location makes MTP one of the more accessible major Central European venues for both exhibitors and visitors.
