ITM Industry Europe is the largest and most significant industrial trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe, held each year at the Poznań International Fair. The 2026 edition runs 26-29 May 2026. Organised by Grupa MTP (Poznań International Fair), ITM gathers around 320 exhibitors from more than 20 countries across zones including MACH-TOOL (machine tools) and AUTOMA (automation and robotics), and draws a large regional trade audience of manufacturing professionals.
ITM is a working-machinery fair, so its stands are built to run and demonstrate industrial equipment. Exhibitors install machine tools, automation cells and robotics on their stands, which brings floor-load, three-phase power and compressed-air requirements, with the machine as the focal point and demonstration and meeting space around it. The manufacturing audience expects live demonstration, so the stand functions as a working showcase rather than a static display.
ITM fills the Poznań fairground across themed pavilions, so hall placement relative to a company's technology matters to reaching the right buyers within the CEE manufacturing market. The weight of the machinery and the services it needs make these builds more load-critical than typical stands, and the Poznań International Fair's technical rules apply. Given the equipment involved, exhibitors confirm stand design, machine logistics and placement well in advance.
For companies exhibiting at ITM Industry Europe, a builder with Poznań and MTP experience is a practical advantage: installing and powering machinery, managing floor loads and services is specialist work, and local knowledge of the venue's logistics, load-in and approved contractors reduces on-site risk during the leading industrial week in Central and Eastern Europe.
